Ingredients:
Boneless fish 500 gms
Red chilly/Ginger/Garlic paste 1 tbsp/ Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Bread slices 2
soaked in salt water
Cummin seeds/Bay leaves/ Garam Masala dry fried and finely ground 2 tbsp
Salt and sugar to taste
Oil for frying

Method: Boil the fish in 1 cup salt water-add all the ingredients and kneed into a dough-make into round or square shapes and deep fry. Serve as fries or with curry
