Ingredients

– 1 lb ( Use white pumpkin i.e. Lau) Pumpkin
– 1 cup Shrimp
– 4 Slit Green Chili
– 0.5 Tsp ( whole) Cumin Seed Powder
– 0.5 Tsp Coriander Seeds
– 0.5 Tsp Turmeric powder
– 0.5 Tsp Red Chili Powder
– 75 Tsp or To taste Salt
– 0.25 Tsp Sugar

Instructions

1. Wash, peel and dice pumpkin into very small cubes and steam for a few minutes.

2. Clean and de-vein shrimps. Add turmeric powder and mix.

3. Heat oil. Fry cumin seeds, bay leaf and green chilies for about 30 seconds. Add turmeric powder, chili and coriander powder and fry for about 2 minutes.

4. Add the pumpkins, shrimp, salt and sugar. Cook till done with occasional stirring.
