Chicken – 1 lb
Onion (chopped) – 1/2 cup
Bell pepper (chopped) – 1/2 cup
Water – as needed
Tomato Sauce – 15 ozs.

Stewed Tomato (undrained) – 15 ozs.
Chili Powder – 2 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Black Pepper – 1/4 tsp
Mexican Bean (pre-cooked) – 2 cup



Chicken ChiliIn a kettle, combine chicken, onions, and bell peppers. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until chicken is no longer pink. You may fry the chicken pieces separately in oil at the beginning. Now add water, tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes, chili power, salt, and black pepper. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until chili comes to a boil. Add beans and reduce heat to medium low. Continue cooking, stirring often, until flavors are blended.
