Cornish Chicken – 1
Yogurt – 2/3 tea cup
Garlic Paste – 1 tsp

Ginger Paste – 1 tsp
Oil/Ghee – 1 tbsp
Shaan Tikka masala – 1/2 pk



Chicken TandooriYou may prepare chicken tikka or chicken tandoori in the same way. Take the whole chicken (skinless) for preparing tandoori or cut boneless chicken into pieces for preparing tikka. Make a soft paste of Tikka masala or Tandoori masala in yogurt. You may add some salt, if needed. Wash chicken, coat with masala mixed in yogurt, and set aside for at least 1 hour or more. You may marinade overnight. Put the chicken in an oven proof tray and put it in a pre heated (350 – 400 degree) oven. Mix remaining masala/ paste in ghee/oil and keep brushing on both sides until chicken is done. Chicken should be cooked within 40-45 minutes. You may also cook chicken in a deep pan in low heat. Serve with Biriyani or Paratha/ Naan.
