Ingredients

 

Boneless Chicken – 1/2 kg
Onion (chopped) – 1/2 cup
Bell pepper (chopped) – 1/2 cup
Ginger Paste – 1/2 tsp
Garlic Paste – 1/2 tsp
Vegetable (peas, beans) – 1/2 cup
Black Olive – 10

Tomato (chopped) – 2 large
Red Chili Powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt – as needed
Black Pepper – 1/4 tsp
Pasta – for 2 servings
Pasta Sauce – as needed
Parmesan cheese – as needed

Method

 

Chicken Vegetable PastaCut the chicken into small pieces. Mix all the spices (ginger, garlic, chili powder, salt) with the chicken. Marinate for 10 minutes. Then stir fry the chicken in oil until it gets brown. Keep aside.

Boil pasta in a saucepan. Drain water when it is done (don’t make it over-cooked). Now add pasta with chicken and mix properly. Add onion, bell peppers, olive, tomatoes, salt, black pepper, and pre-cooked vegetables and stir for some minutes. Add pasta sauce as needed and stir well. Add parmesan cheese. Cover the pan and cook in low heat until the flavors blend.
