Ingredients

 

For Omelet:
Large Egg (beaten) – 3
Onion (Sliced) – 1 Large
Green Chili (Chopped) – 2
Parsley
Cooking Oil
Soy Sauce – 1 tsp
Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
Black Pepper – 1/3 tsp
Salt – as needed

For Filling:
Cooked Shrimp (Chopped) – 12 medium
Tuna in water – 1 can
Onion (Chopped) – 1 large
Garlic Paste – 1/2 tsp
Ginger Paste – 1/3 tsp
Red Chili Powder – 1/2 tsp
Soy Sauce – 1 tsp
Barbeque Sauce – 1 tsp
Tomato Sauce – 1 tsp
Parsley (Chopped) – 1 tsp
Salt – as needed
Cooking Oil

 

Method

 

Egg FillingFilling:
Heat 2 tsp of oil in a frying pan. Add onion and stir fry until it gets golden color. Add all the spices, salt, and stir fry for couple of minutes. Add chopped cooked shrimps and drained tuna and stir fry for a while. You may add beef/ chicken/ turkey kima instead of shrimp and tuna. Add soy sauce, barbeque sauce, and tomato sauce. Stir properly. Add chopped parsley and stir fry for some minutes in low heat.

Omelet:
Beat eggs and mix chopped onions, green chilies, parsley, soy sauce, lemon juice, black pepper, and salt. Heat 2 tsp of oil in a flat frying pan and put the egg mix. Spread the mix all over the pan in medium heat. When the egg mix is slightly fried but still very soft, put the filling in the middle. Now wrap the soft omelet to cover (fully) the filling and make it a rectangular or square shape. Cover the pan and fry in low heat. Once the bottom portion is golden brown, turn over the omelet carefully and fry until the other side gets golden brown. Serve hot.
