Chicken – 1 kg
Ginger – 2 tsp
Garlic – 2 tsp
Jalapeño – as needed
Soy sauce – 1 tsp
Tomato sauce – 3 tsp
Tomato – 3/4 (cut into pieces)
Capsicum/ bell pepper – 1

Tasting salt – 1/2 tsp
Mustard paste – 1 tsp
Onion – 5/6 medium
Flour – 2/3 tsp
Salt – as needed
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Red pepper (powder) – 1 tsp
Oil – as needed



Sweet & Sour Capsicum ChickenCut the chicken into small pieces. Take half of the quantity of all the spices (ginger, garlic, soy sauce, tasting salt, mustard paste, red pepper, salt) and mix with the chicken. Add flour and mix again. Then fry the chicken in oil until it gets brown. Then in another pan take oil and fry chopped onion and add the rest of the spices into the onion. When it gets brown, add capsicum, tomato, and the fried chicken. Then add half cup of water and add tomato sauce, sugar, and jalapeño. Cover the pan and cook until the flavors mix. The curry will be little gravy.
