Turkey Keema – 2 lbs
Onion (chopped) – 1 cup
Chili Powder – 1/2 tsp
Garlic paste – 1 tsp
Ginger paste – 2/3 tsp
Cumin powder – 2/3 tsp
Coriander powder – 2/3 tsp

Tomato paste – 1 tbsp
Green Peas – 1 cup
Cooking Oil
Green chili, sliced – 2
Parsley, chopped – 1 cup
Scallion, chopped – 2



Turkey Keema BhunaHeat oil in a wok, add onions and fry until it gets golden color. Add all the spices, salt, and tomato paste, 1 green chili, and stir for a while. Add turkey keema and mix with masala properly. Add little bit of warm water. Add green peas and half of chopped scallion (harder portion) and cook in low heat. When the keema looks tender, check the taste and adjust seasoning. Mix chopped parsley and cook for few more minutes until the flavor blends. Garnish with the rest of the scallions and sliced green chili.
