Samusa Wrapper – 8
Flour (Maida) – 1 tbsp
Egg – 1

Cooking Oil
Black Pepper – as needed
Onion – 1 small

Method

Vegetable SamusaMake a fine flour paste by mixing with water and egg. Use Aloo Matar as filling for samusa. You can use other vegetables for filling. Now take a samusa wrapper, add filling, and wrap it in triangular shape. Make sure that there is no opening at the corners of the samusa by wrapping the corners with flour paste. Heat oil in a deep saucepan and start frying samusa in low heat. Fry until it gets golden color on both sides.

Garnish with black pepper. Serve hot with ketchup and onion slices.
